Steeping Instruction:
Brew 1 teaspoon full of tea leaves in 4 ounces of spring water (160-175°F) for 3 minutes. Can be reinfused several times by gradually increasing infusion time and water temperature.
A steeping ceramic cup or covered cup is recommended for steeping in order to appreciate the tea leaves.
This tea may be best served gong fu style with a small Yixing clay teapot. Fill a pre-warmed pot 1/4 to 1/2 full with tea leaves and cover with hot water (160-175°F) and leave to infuse for 2 minute to 3 minutes.
